이 방침은 Limited Factory가 제공하는 ‘하나’님의 캠퍼스 라이프! (Hana’s Campus Life) iOS·Android 일반판의 개인정보 처리에 관한 안내입니다. 현재 모바일 업데이트 버전 1.102, 빌드 105부터 적용됩니다. SLOT 등 다른 앱의 방침과는 별개입니다.
별도의 게임 계정을 만들지 않아도 이야기를 플레이할 수 있습니다. 게임 저장과 설정은 기기에 보관하며, Game Center 또는 Google Play Games 로그인은 선택 사항입니다. 이 빌드에서는 광고, 광고 추적 및 Unity 자동 분석 수집을 사용하지 않습니다.
1. 기기에 저장하는 정보
게임 진행 상황, 선택 기록, 해금 상태, 저장 슬롯과 게임 화면 썸네일, 언어·음량·화면·컨트롤러 설정 등을 앱의 로컬 저장 공간에 보관합니다. 저장 슬롯 썸네일은 게임 화면이며 카메라로 촬영한 사진이 아닙니다. 게임은 이 저장 파일을 Limited Factory 서버에 업로드하거나 자체 클라우드 저장 기능으로 동기화하지 않습니다. 운영체제의 기기 백업·복원 기능이 켜져 있으면 해당 서비스 정책에 따라 앱 데이터가 백업될 수 있습니다.
2. 선택적인 플랫폼 게임 서비스
iOS에서는 Apple Game Center, Android에서는 Google Play Games를 사용합니다. 해당 플랫폼에 로그인하면 플랫폼의 게임용 플레이어 식별자, 프로필 이름·아바타 및 인증 상태가 게임 서비스 연결을 위해 처리될 수 있습니다. 지원되는 업적·순위 기능을 사용할 경우 관련 진행 정보나 점수가 해당 플랫폼에 전송될 수 있습니다. 플랫폼 계정의 비밀번호를 게임이나 Limited Factory가 받거나 저장하지 않습니다. 플랫폼 로그인이 불가능하거나 취소되어도 기본 스토리 플레이를 계속할 수 있습니다.
플랫폼 제공자는 자체 정책에 따라 계정, 보안 및 서비스 운영 데이터를 처리합니다. Google Play Games SDK는 서비스 안정성과 제품 개선을 위한 분석·진단 정보를 자동으로 수집할 수 있습니다. 이 정보의 수집 주체는 Google이며, 게임 자체의 Unity 이용 분석과는 별개입니다. 자세한 내용과 계정별 관리 방법은 Apple 개인정보처리방침, Game Center와 개인정보 보호, Google 개인정보처리방침을 확인해 주세요. 스토어 구매·결제 및 다운로드 역시 Apple 또는 Google의 정책이 적용되며, 게임에는 인앱 결제 기능이 없습니다.
3. 수집하지 않는 정보와 이용 목적
이 모바일 빌드는 광고 SDK, 맞춤형 광고, 앱 간 추적 또는 자체 자동 이용 분석을 사용하지 않습니다. 연락처, 정밀 위치, 마이크, 카메라, 사진 보관함을 요구하지 않으며, 별도의 회원가입이나 사용자 게시물 업로드 기능이 없습니다. 플랫폼 연결 정보는 게임 서비스 제공을 위해 사용하며 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 공유하지 않습니다.
4. 고객지원 문의
이메일로 문의하면 이메일 주소, 문의 내용 및 사용자가 직접 첨부한 기기 정보·화면·로그를 문제 확인과 답변에 사용합니다. 비밀번호, 인증 코드 또는 결제 카드 정보를 보내지 마세요. 문의는 이메일 서비스 제공자를 통해 전달·보관될 수 있으며, 해결에 필요한 기간 동안 처리한 뒤 더 이상 필요하지 않으면 삭제합니다. 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 경우 해당 의무에 필요한 범위와 기간만 보관합니다.
5. 보관, 삭제 및 선택권
- 기기 내 저장 파일과 설정은 사용자가 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 제거할 때까지 기기에 남습니다. 앱 제거 시의 데이터 처리와 백업 보관 여부는 운영체제와 기기 설정에 따라 다릅니다. 삭제 전 필요한 저장 파일을 확인해 주세요.
- 플랫폼 프로필·게임 기록·로그인 연결은 Apple 또는 Google 계정 설정에서 관리할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제해도 플랫폼이 보관하는 게임 기록이 함께 삭제되는 것은 아닙니다.
- Limited Factory에 제공한 문의 정보의 열람·정정·삭제 등 개인정보 관련 요청은 아래 연락처로 보내 주세요. 요청과 관련된 최소한의 본인 확인 후, 적용되는 법령에 따라 처리합니다.
6. 보호 조치와 아동 개인정보
게임은 로컬 앱 저장 공간과 플랫폼의 인증 기능을 사용하며, 지원 정보 접근은 문의 처리에 필요한 범위로 제한합니다. 아동에게 직접 개인정보 제출을 요구하거나 아동을 대상으로 맞춤형 광고를 제공하지 않습니다. 보호자가 아동이 지원 문의에 개인정보를 제공했다고 판단하면 아래 연락처로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 플랫폼 계정 이용에는 각 플랫폼의 연령 제한과 보호자 관리 기능이 적용됩니다.
7. 외부 링크 및 방침 변경
게임에서 공식 웹사이트·소셜 링크를 열면 외부 브라우저와 방문한 서비스의 정책이 적용됩니다. 이 정책 페이지에는 광고 또는 분석 스크립트를 넣지 않습니다. 웹 호스팅 제공자는 페이지 제공과 보안을 위해 IP 주소 등 통상적인 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 데이터 처리 방식이 변경되면 이 페이지의 시행일과 내용을 갱신하고, 필요한 경우 앱 또는 스토어 안내로 알립니다.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers the standard iOS and Android edition of Hana’s Campus Life, starting with mobile version 1.102, build 105. It is separate from policies for SLOT or other products.
You can play the story without a separate game account. Saves and preferences are stored on your device. Apple Game Center and Google Play Games sign-in is optional. This build does not use advertising, advertising tracking, or Unity automatic analytics collection.
1. Data stored on your device
Story progress, choices, unlocks, save slots and game-screen thumbnails, and language, audio, display and controller preferences are stored in the app’s local storage. Thumbnails are images of the game, not camera photos. The game does not upload these files to a Limited Factory server or provide its own cloud-save synchronization. If operating-system backup and restore is enabled, app data may be backed up under that provider’s settings and policies.
2. Optional platform game services
The game uses Apple Game Center on iOS and Google Play Games on Android. When you sign in, the platform’s game-player identifier, profile name, avatar and authentication status may be processed to connect game services. Supported achievement or leaderboard features may send related progress or scores to the platform. The game and Limited Factory do not receive or store your platform account password. Unavailable or cancelled sign-in does not block the basic story.
Platform providers process account, security and service data under their own policies. The Google Play Games SDK may automatically collect analytics and diagnostics to improve service stability and its products. Google handles this collection separately from the game’s disabled Unity usage analytics. Store purchases, payments and downloads are also handled under Apple’s or Google’s policies. The game has no in-app purchases.
3. Data we do not collect and purposes
This mobile build does not use advertising SDKs, personalized advertising, cross-app tracking or its own automatic usage analytics. It does not request contacts, precise location, microphone, camera or photo-library access, and has no separate account registration or user-content uploads. Platform connection information is used to provide game services, not sold or shared for advertising.
4. Support requests
If you email support, we use your email address, message and any device details, screenshots or logs you choose to attach to investigate and reply. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment-card information. Requests may be transmitted and stored through email service providers. We retain support information while needed to resolve your request and delete it when no longer needed, except to the extent and for the period required by applicable law.
5. Retention, deletion and your choices
- Local saves and preferences remain until you delete them or remove app data. Removal and backup retention depend on your operating system and device settings. Check any saves you want to keep before deleting data.
- You can manage platform profiles, game records and sign-in connections through Apple or Google account settings. Uninstalling the game does not necessarily delete platform-held records.
- Contact us below to request access, correction or deletion of support information you provided to Limited Factory. We may request the minimum verification needed and will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.
6. Protection and children’s information
The game uses local app storage and platform authentication. Access to support information is limited to what is needed to handle requests. We do not directly ask children to submit personal information or serve them personalized advertising. Parents or guardians who believe a child submitted personal information in a support request can contact us to request deletion. Platform accounts are subject to the provider’s age rules and parental controls.
7. External links and changes
Opening official website or social links uses an external browser and is subject to the visited service’s policies. This policy page contains no advertising or analytics scripts. The web-hosting provider may process ordinary connection information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the page. We will update this page and its effective date when practices change, with in-app or store notice where needed.
